Who are we?

Aperture Science is a scientific research company founded by the visionary entrepreneur Cave Johnson. Originially beginning as a manufacturer of shower curtains, using his newly acculumated funds, Cave Johnson invested in real estate and purchased a vast decommisioned salt mine in Michigan. Eventually, Aperture Science Innovators was incorporated in 1947.

From our advanced portal technology, experimental gels and artificial intelligence, Aperture Science is always pushing the boundaries of science, despite the ocassional neurotoxin leak.
